Shredded Up

We have squash & zucchini growing like CRAZY!  We had these 2 ginormous zucchini's in the garden.

So we decided to shred them up in my new food processor of course!  Along with my adorable helper!

 It was done in no time!  I bagged it up & froze it to make zucchini bread this fall.  Yummy!

We got 14 cups totals from just 2 zucchini's!  There is more to come!
